At Barrel, we believe that timely and constructive feedback is critical to improving as individuals and as a company. In early 2014, we invested in the creation of TeamInsights, a tool that lets companies gather project-based feedback using 360-style surveys. We also introduced a values-based component for team members to give each other feedback on values-based behaviors.
At Barrel, TeamInsights is part of our regular workflow and used to send surveys after each project. The reports provide feedback from peers and are helpful documents during individual performance check-ins.
